5. Picking up and returning is available after an appointment

6. Warranty per item between €50 and €100

   ·        Refund available after receiving the rented items in original conditions

   ·        Partially refund if there is damage or extreme dirty

   ·        Do not clean the dresses or headpieces yourself

7. Sending the packages after receiving the full amount of the payment and receiving the requested information
