Welcome to our event page for Ibiza 2019.

This year we are going to the magical Island, better known as Ibiza. Not to party or maybe a little bit but to create some stunning images. Just to name a few, we can create images at the beach, pool, villa and so on, we’ve got endless possibilities on this exclusive trip.

WHEN

We are going to Ibiza from Thursday, 27th June up till Monday, 1st July. This is the travel schedule we are taking to Ibiza. You don’t need to take these flights with us, everybody is in charge of booking there own transportation to and from Ibiza. Below is just a summary of the flights we will be booking.

Flight schedules are as follows with RyanAir:
DEPARTURE
Departure in Charleroi (Belgium) at 08h50 and arrival in Ibiza at 11h15 on Thursday, 27th June 2019. Ideal timing to go and have lunch together as a relaxed ‘get to know each other’ moment.

RETURN
Return is on Monday, 1st July departure at 10h25 and we will be back in Belgium, Charleroi at 12h50.

If for any reason you want to arrive on Thursday evening that’s also possible. You got a flight from Eindhoven with Transavia at 17h35 with arrival in Ibiza at 20h00. Return is also possible on Sunday evening with Transavia so departure at Sunday 30th June 20h35 in Ibiza and arrival in Eindhoven at 23h00

WHERE DO WE STAY

We are booking a lovely Villa with swimming pool. We have chosen for a villa instead of a hotel so that we c an stay together as one group during our stay at the Island. This way we have more control over the things we will be doing for activities and the general atmosphere will be much more then just being in a hotel. Some images below to give you an impression of the villa we have booked in Ibiza. The villa is located in St Antoni de Portmany.

MODELS & GROUP

For this event we are arranging 2 models who will be there the entire 4 days but will only shoot on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (see schedule). These are professional models who know how to behave in a big group and they off course also have the necessary social skills to be part of our exclusive event.

The group will be limited to only 8 photographers that means 4 photographers and 1 model. We will be working with a rotation system so that everybody has enough difference in their images. It is off course possible to bring your wife, husband on the trip just get in touch to see possible solutions for this.

A professional makeup artist will also join us during the event to provide the models with the makeup needed to withstand the temperatures on the Island. Up for something more creative let us know up front so we can be sure to accommodate your wishes

MARUSCHKA SAHIBOE

The first model will be this Dutch model from Amsterdam with influences from India. With her exotic looks and 5 years experience she will be one awesome model to join us during this exclusive event! Maruschka is fine to shoot up till swimwear.

SVENJA VAN DEN BOGAART

The second model will be Svenja, also a model from the Netherlands, Eindhoven to be more precise. She also has lots of experience and especially in swimwear. Natural redheaded beauty with freckles. Svenja has natural looks and 2 years off experience. For sure a must on this event! Svenja is fine to shoot up till implied topless.

LIE MORE

Our third model will be Lie More, one from Belgium. She will join us to make the group complete. She is one of the models who will also do swimwear but also limited nudes. Just to be clear, it will not be only nude that she does, also swimwear bohemian etc. All classy, not trashy! Lie is fine to shoot up till classy nudes.

KEEP IT CLASSY, NOT TRASHY

So as you can see a perfect combination for models. Just a quick reminder that there will be limited nude available during this event. Just keep in mind too keep it classy and not trashy when shooting! Respect the models boundaries don’t push them into something they are not ok with and don’t forget to respect each others space and time so that we all go home with some stunning images.

MOOD FOR THE EVENT

TRANSPORTATION

We will be renting 3 cars to get around the Island. This is the easiest way to travel in Ibiza especially in a group our size.

EXTRA INFORMATION

We will assist you with the shoots, tell you how we should do it and then you get to the shooting part yourself, so there is guidance and not a vibe of ‘here are the models and/or strobes and go do your thing’. We are there to help, guide and assist you in any possible way so don’t hesitate to ask questions during this event.
Keep in mind that we will not tolerate any paparazzi shooting so just 1 photographer vs 1 model while if needed the other 3 photographers from the group will assist you where needed. This way the model knows which photographer is taking images and where she has to put her focus on.

USE OF IMAGES

All the images created during this event can be used for non-commercial use! Commercial use is possible after communicating with the model and myself!

Well the most important part for this exclusive event, the pricing. We are offering this package to you which includes the following:

PAYMENT

The payment for this event has to be done upfront so a wire transfer of 50% first and later the other 50%. Changing seets is possible but non refundable.
