We will be going to Ibiza for the second time in 2020. that’s why we are calling this v2.0
As the participants from last year already know this is a photography event were you can really boost your portfolio with images that you are not able to create in Belgium. You have certain guarantees for good temperatures, nice landscapes and not to forget a lovely sun in Ibiza and the typical atmosphere that rises on the magical island.
During our stay we will be cruising around Ibiza to create stunning images on awesome locations. These locations are already scouted upfront so that we can give you the entire program before we leave! This way you know what you sign up for and participate in!
Like last year we are choosing a lovely villa, more information about that at a later date. The reason for this is pretty simple, the atmosphere of being in a groep and just having that lovely positive vibe going on during this unique experience.
WHEN
We are going from Wednesday 13 or Thursday 14th May 2020 till Monday 18th. This is off course dependent on the flights in and outbound. Everybody is responsible for booking their own flights. Transportation from the airport to our villa will be provided by us so you don’t need to arrange something extra. The exact flight data will be put here at a later date.
WHERE DO WE STAY
OUR STAY
This year we will be staying in a villa located at the North East side of the island. More hilly, ups and downs with a marvelous view. The villa also has the possibility to shoot in and the area around it as well. This villa is for 14 people and each room (2 persons) has their own bathroom.
Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge, and a garden, the villa provides accommodation in Sant Carles de Peralta with free WiFi and pool views. This villa offers free private parking and a shared kitchen.
The villa features 7 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave, a washing machine, and 7 bathrooms with a hot tub.
A terrace is available for guests at the villa to use.
Cala Llenya Beach is 3 km from the accommodation, while Sant Carles Church is 1.3 km away. The nearest airport is Ibiza Airport, 28 km from the villa.
Unfortunately there is no single option available in this trip.
Like last year we will be preparing food with the group or we go out to eat with the group. The same arrangement as last year, everybody can eat and rink what they want but we prefer to do it in a group. This will guarantee the most fun and experience.
WHY CHOOSE US
We don’t only use sunlight on locations. We will be taking the Elinchrom Strobes with us so that every group has their own unit and can use them when they want to. We will be going to different locations throughout the day and combine this with the necessary ‘relaxing’ so that everybody can take images without any stress. We guide you and don’t let you just fizzle around. We are open to suggestions and feedback during the event.
We work in small groups of maximum 3 photographers per model (this way during your shooting time) you have the possibilities to use 2 assistants to hold the strobes, turn the strobes or throw a long dress in the air etc.

SHARON VAN DER ZWAAG
Our first model will be the stunning Sharon. Shes from the Netherlands, Groningen and she will be joining us because of her more special looks and attitude. Sharon has agreed to pose topless and implied nude (nothing visible). She has 1 tattoo on her ankle and one on the inside of her right arm. She is 1m73 tall.
RIANNE LISETTE
Our second model is the awesome Rianne. She is also from the Netherlands and is coming from Groningen. Rianne is an agency signed model and has lots of experience. She has that typical girl next door look but she can go all ways as you can see on the images. Rianne has her boundary set at implied topless and is 1m80 tall.

ZOE D’ALBUQUERQUE
Our third model will be the Belgian Zoé. She is from Belgium and is a makeup artist herself and off course an awesome model as well. Ons derde model word de Belgische Zoé. Her roots are Portuguese and Belgium, perfect is it not? Zoé has lots of experience in posing and because of her exotic looks she is for sure an addition to the team for this event. She is 1m64 tall, which we don’t see on the pictures and she is fine to create images up till implied topless. She’s got one tattoo on her right side. Have a look in the gallery below to know where exactly.
MAKEUP BY MARIKE DE MEESTER
Our makeup artist from last year Marike will be joining us again. If necesarry she can jump in when one of the models is ill. Because she is joining us you are not limited in your creativity.
KEEP IT CLASSY, NOT TRASHY
As you can see we got different models and different looks. For this event we will be shooting up topless and implied nudes. No nudity this time. Try to keep it classy and not trashy. Respect the boundaries of the models and then we can go all home with a happy feeling.
IBIZA 2019 - Review of last year
TRANSPORTATION
We will be renting cars on Ibiza to get everywhere. This is the easies way to get at all the places we want to visit.

PROGRAM
The program will be up and running in the following weeks. The day scheduling is almost the same each day. We will be starting really early because we want to stay ahead of the harsh sunlight and use soft light when creating images. During the day you are sort of free to relax or we can go somewhere in group or take images in or near the villa. At the end of the day we will be shooting a sunset on location so we will be driving to that location to create some unique sunset images at unique locations.
EXTRA INFORMATION
During the event we will assist, guide and explain how we ourselves would take the photos and why. It is not a "do-it-yourself" event. Guidance is essential. If you have any questions during this event you can of course always ask them any time and comments, feedback are always welcome.
We also apply a 1-1 policy, by which we mean that we are not going for the paparazzi situations where you are photographing a model with 4/5 photographers at the same time. You are in a group of 3 people and only 1 person photographs the model in which the other two assist if necessary. In this way the photographer who takes photos gets all the attention of the model and not just 50% because it is distracted by all the things around her.
USE OF THE IMAGES
All images created during this event can be used Non-Commercially. If you want to use them commercially you will have to discuss this first with Gunther Frans and the model.

Well, what you especially want to know is the prize this year for this exclusive photo event! Unfortunately you will have to wait a little while for this but this will be online in the next days! We offer the following:

PAYMENT
The payment for this event will be in 2 parts. A pre payment of 50% and the resting amount at a later date. Cancellation is possible by transferring your seat to somebody else. No refunding possible! This event has a non-refund policy!
